In short: this website stores none of your personal information. We use Google Analytics to understand visit numbers; it sets analytics cookies but never sees your name or contact details. When you book online, your details go directly from your device to the clinic on WhatsApp. The website itself keeps nothing.
Information you share when booking
The online booking form composes a WhatsApp message on your own device containing the details you enter (name, phone number, preferred doctor, date and time). Nothing is sent to or stored on a web server operated by this website. When you send that message, it travels through WhatsApp and is received by the clinic's front desk, which uses it only to confirm and manage your appointment. Calls to our phone lines are handled the same way: by clinic staff, for your care and appointment only.
Your medical information is discussed and recorded at the clinic as part of your treatment, under the confidentiality that applies to medical practice in India. It is never published on, or collected by, this website.
Cookies, analytics and trackers
This website includes no advertising or social-media trackers. To understand how the site is used, we use Google Analytics 4, which sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) to recognise repeat visits. It records pages viewed, approximate location (city level), and browser and device type. We never send it your name, phone number, or anything you type into the booking form. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how this website works. Google Analytics is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Fonts and Google Maps: the typefaces and the location map are loaded from Google. When your browser requests them, Google receives standard technical data such as your IP address. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: booking and chat links open WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy once you choose to send a message.
